This policy protects the insured against their Legal Liability to the general public in respect of accidental death, bodily injury/illness, loss or damage to property of third parties arising in connection with insured`s business.
Product Liability
This policy protects the insured against their Legal Liability arising out of use of the insured’s products leading to death, bodily injury/illness, loss or damage to property of third parties.
Work Injury Benefits Act Insurance (WIBA Insurance)
This Policy covers the Insured against legal liability under Work injury Benefit Act,2007 and subsequent Amendments in respect of Assessments and Awards for Death and or Bodily Injury by Accident or Diseases caused to Insured Employees in course of their Employment.
Employers Liability / Common Law Insurance
This Policy goes hand in hand with WIBA and it covers the Insured against Legal Liability under Common Law for Damages and Claimant Costs and Litigation Expenses in respect of Death and or Bodily Injury by Accident or Disease caused to employees and arising out of and in course of that employment and directly related to Breach of Common Law or Statutory Duty by the Employer
Professional Indemnity Insurance.
This policy provides protection to professional people ( eg Architects, Surveyors, Accountants, Lawyers, Pharmacists, Doctors etc ) against their legal liability to compensate third parties who may sustain injury or loss or damage to their property through the negligence of the professional person or that of their employees or due to breach of contractual duty.
Directors Legal Liability Insurance
This Policy offers protection for company directors and officers against claims made by shareholders, employees, and other stakeholders due to the actions taken by the Officer and Directors of the Company in the discharge of their duties.
